Featured Auction & Raffle

Click on Silent Auction Items in the left hand menu, scroll through the list and select the item you would like to bid on to see a larger photo and read the description. Enter your bid amount into the Enter Amount field and click Place Bid. If you are already registered the bid will be placed and the system will let you know if it has been accepted or not. If you are not registered you will need to register your details.

Click on Make a Donation in the left hand menu, enter the amount you would like to donate into the Enter Amount field and click Donate Now. If you are not registered you will need to register your details.

You can either register when you first make a bid or donation or go to Login / Register. You will then be asked to enter your details so we can contact you if you win.

Yes, you can change any of your contact details by first logging in and then going to My Account, editing your profile and clicking Save.

You can see the current winning bids on the Silent Auction Items page. You can also click on My Bids to see all the items you are currently winning and any items you’ve been outbid on. You will also receive outbid text notifications, easily allowing you to make a higher bid, until the close of the auction.

You will be contacted by email or phone to confirm you have been successful, and to arrange payment.

Depending on how the auction has been set up, you will either be asked for your credit card details when you first make a bid or donation, in which case we will automatically collect the money if you win an item when the auction closes. Or we will send you a link by email and SMS so you can pay once the auction closes. In some cases, the charity will contact you directly to collect payment.
